ElderI confessed Christ as Lord in 1998 and was baptized shortly after. However, I lived the following 10 years as though the Lord didn’t exist even though we were very active in church, serving and teaching Sunday school. I considered myself a good person but my identity was found in the things that I owned rather than who I was in Christ. In Feb 2009, God brought me to a place where He opened my eyes to see who I was truly serving: I was a slave to the things of this world and He brought me to a place of grief and repentance. Eversince that day, the Lord continues to show and remind me that my life is not my own and I was bought with a price. I ought to live my life as a living sacrifice and I desire to serve Him with the gifts he has given me to further His kingdom. God has blessed me with my beautiful wife Jennifer who walks alongside and serves the Lord with me. Together, through God’s grace, wisdom and guidance, we strive to raise our two children Caleb and Zionne in the Lord.
