Home - Next steps - Step 3 Membership Upon completion of Peak Performance, any person professing personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior who has expressed that commitment visibly by being baptized, should indicate their desire to become a member with the application form given at the end of  Peak Performance. Fill out this form and hand it to Joel Samuelson or Yuta Seki, your next step will be an interview with the Elders.  A two week period will pass to make sure there are no lingering issues amongst any other church members and then if approved you will be welcomed as a church member.
